Volar Lejos S.R.L. (“Volar Lejos”, “we”, “us”) plans personal trips to Costa Rica. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

What you send us in the contact form: your first and last name, phone number, email, travel dates, group type, and any notes you add.
Basic usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymous data about how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device). Analytics stay switched off until you accept.

Why we use it

Only to plan your trip: to reply to you, understand what you’re looking for, and follow up about your journey. We do not sell your data, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who processes it for us

To run the site and reach you, your information may pass through:

Google Firebase — where a new enquiry is stored so we don’t lose it.
Email delivery (Resend) — to notify us that you wrote.
Netlify — our website host.
WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us there.
Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we’re in touch about your trip, and a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw analytics consent (clear the site’s cookies, or decline the banner). Just message us and we’ll take care of it.
