Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

At Volar Lejos we plan personal trips to Costa Rica — and we want everyone to be able to dream with us, without barriers. We treat accessibility as part of the service itself, and we work to keep this website conformant with WCAG 2.0 level AA, in line with Israeli Standard 5568.

What's accessible on this site

  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • Images carry alternative text, and every form field has a clear label.
  • Interactive components (the FAQ, the cookie banner) are labeled for screen readers.
  • The site honors your operating system's "reduce motion" setting — animations calm down if you ask them to.
  • Background videos are fully muted and carry no essential information.
  • Proper heading structure and color contrast per the guidelines.

Known limitations

The testimonials section shows original screenshots of messages from our travelers — for authenticity, we don't rewrite them. Their content is summarized in alternative text, and we'll gladly send you the full wording on request. If you hit any other barrier, we'd love to know and fix it.
